Hi, welcome to our weekly post where we tell you “What Comics to Watch For On Wednesday.” We are doing our best to recommend a few titles worth your time this week. It is good to note that we rarely suggest mid-run titles, because we try to provide good jumping on points or oddities that must be seen to believe. This week is jam-packed with GREAT stuff!
This week’s offerings:
Wonder Woman #26
This cover is just straight up B.A. Baracus. Wonder Woman’s greatest enemy is defeated and highlight for spoilers: the God Of War is still figuring out her new position. Awesome.
Imagine Agents #3
Buy this. It’s good. If you bought issues one and two when I told you before, you almost have the whole set. Just do it. Like Nike.
Massive #18
I don’t even read this comic book. But, I want to. Incredibly good stuff coming out of Dark Horse with critical acclaim all over it. This is the finale to a big story arc. I consider that a decent place to jump on if you are planning on buying issue to issue.
FF #15
Something magical happens when Matt Fraction makes comics that ape video games. Hopefully this issue follows suit, but with DOOM!
Batman ’66 #6
I loved the character of the Bookworm as a kid. Funny to see him applied against the dynamic duo here.
Thor God Of Thunder #16
Thor is simply, “good.” This issue is supposed to move the story along and Jason Aaron is one of the best writer’s around. I am ready for Madcap Malekith Action TM. It’s been too long.
