Gratuitous Fan Service Week: “Raise The Banner High!” Contest

Howdy ya’ll.  Comical Musings is doing an event that you are guaranteed to enjoy.  We will be rolling out an entire week of posts serving our reader’s exact wants in February.  This is meant to serve the people who take a chance to read our blog and to put smiles on all your faces.  As a part of Gratuitous Fan Service Week, we want to feature art from our readers on our header for the blog.  Submit an image (Sized at 926 x 300) drawn with physical implements or graphically created and we will feature it proudly throughout the week as our banner.  Rules: Best designed banner (as voted on by an un-named panel of judges) will receive 5 comic book issues at the discretion of Comical Musings to be dispersed after the contest concludes.  All submissions must be sent to by January 31st/2013.  Nothing protected by copyright or obscene (as determined by Comical Musings’ staff) is allowed and the banner image must prominently feature the website title “Comical Musings.”  The submission of any work implies that you have rights to freely use the submitted image and that you are granting unlimited free usage rights to Comical Musings.  In other words, if you are a professional graphic artist don’t send us a bill afterwards.  Comical Musings reserves the right to use one or all of these images as their official website banner going forward.  We are excited to see what submissions we receive and look forward to bringing you this crazy week-long event, beginning February 11th.

Be well and have a “super” day,

Scott Deaux
