Comical Musings Read more comics. Jeff Lemire, writer of Animal Man (and Sweet Tooth, Essex County) announced yesterday via Twitter that Rafael Albuquerque (American Vampire, Blue Beetle) will be adding Animal Man to his list of artist credits.

Other than having a sweet name, Rafael also has a unique style that (I, personally, believe) will add a lot to Animal Man, an already pretty great comic.
